Chocolate Week

The children and staff enjoyed participating in Chocolate Week earlier this term. In Key Stage 2, the whole topic this half term was Chocolate and have enjoyed reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory within their literacy and guided reading sessions. Year 3 learnt all about where chocolate comes from and how it is made. Year 4 looked at chocolate wrappers and created a whole class collage using a variety of wrappers from different chocolate bars. Key Stage 1 enjoyed making truffles and designing their own packaging for their own chocolate. In Foundation Stage, they enjoyed tasting chocolate and making biscuits.
