Year 1 and 2 trip to the Welsh Harp
The children in Years 1 and 2 enjoyed their trip to the Welsh Harp Environmental Centre where they revisited their scientific learning about plants and habitats and looked at signs of seasonal change around them. They enjoyed decorating butterflies with seeds, stems, leaves and petals and collecting items in a nature scavenger hunt. They also practised their map reading skills, following a map around the woods.
