We want our Etz Chaim graduates to be:

- Well-versed in Jewish text and tradition
- Respectful of those who belong to other religions or none
- Young people with the skills and knowledge needed to be able to lead a full Jewish life
- Able to explore their own personal relationship with Hashem and to express it in various ways
- Eager and enthusiastic to be involved in Jewish communal life
- Deeply connected to Israel and the Jewish people
