Poppy Day
The children commemorated this year's Remembrance Day by having an assembly. They learned about the significance of wearing a poppy, the two minutes silence and how the sacrifice of soldiers secured the freedom which we live in today. The attendees of the sewing club made some fantastic poppies to remember the war heroes.
