Year 4 Ghana Day
Year 4 took part in a carousel of activities related to their Ghana project, where they are linked to a school in Ghana called Northern Star.
The children were able to handle Ghanaian objects, trying to think what they were, what they would be used for and what they were made of. They loved dressing up in some of the Ghanaian clothes! Year 4 also had the opportunity to translate some Ghanaian phrases, write some sentences using various images, find out facts about Ghana and design their own Kente cloth.
