Nursery School Trip
The highlight of the term for Nursery was definitely their trip to the Royal Air Force Museum. The children and adults walked to the bus stop on Mill Hill Broadway and took the 303 bus to the museum. They really enjoyed their journey on the double deck bus. At the museum the children learnt about the aircrafts and explored the displayed aeroplanes with a special little friend - Teddy Bear. The little pilot Teddy lost his uniform. The children went on the hunt to find his tie, jacket and the googles. It was not an easy job but they made it. The children found it all! The children enjoyed counting windows, wings, doors and tails of the planes. They made a drawing of their favourite models. They had a well earned break to eat their pack lunches. Then they returned back to school happy and tired. It was a fantastic experience!
