Music Recital
On Wednesday 19th December the whole school had an opportunity to listen to a Cello recital given by Timothy who is a professional musician from Switzerland. He started learning musical instruments when he was only 4 and has been playing for about 25 years. He told us how he plays every single day and when he has a concert coming up has to practise for quite a few hours in preparation.
He played a few different types of classical music and we discussed how the music made us feel. He also played different notes showing how to make loud sounds and then very quiet sounds.
