Book Week

Throughout Book Week 2020, Etz Chaim had some amazing writing and reading opportunities. The author Katie Dale came for a visit, running sessions for all children and selling some of her fantastic books. Our Family Reading sessions were packed full of parents and relatives, enjoying reading stories to their children. The children loved picking up a new book at the popular book swap and were able to choose a teacher to read a story to them during one morning. Library club was a huge success throughout the week, with daily sessions and activities. Home Learning for the week was to illustrate a traditional tale, some of which were shown in assembly for the school to guess. What a fantastic Book Week!
