Lunch Bunch

Every week, two children in all KS1 and KS2 classes are chosen to be part of our Lunch Bunch. Their role will be to support the children in their class to choose a tasty and healthy lunch. They wear a special apron to do their job.

Some of their duties include:
  • Ensuring children make healthy lunch choices
  • Encouraging children to take salad from the Salad Bar and fruit for dessert
  • Highlight the importance of healthy eating, a balance diet and the important of exercise
  • Liaising with the Class Teacher and staff in the Lunch Hall.

This term the children have thoroughly enjoyed being picked to be Lunch Bunch monitors to help the children in their class make healthy choices.
