E-Safety Parent Evening 2017

To help celebrate Internet Safer Day, On Tuesday 7th February we held our annual and very informative 'E Safety' evening for Parents and Staff. The internet is an amazing source of information, communication, creativity and fun.  However, the risks our children may face when using the internet particularly as they get older are concerning for all parents and we need to work with our children to ensure that they use the internet safely. The evening gave all those who attended a really useful insight into the new dangers associated with the internet as well as many useful strategies for making sure that our children stay safe online.  After the evening everyone felt they had a better understanding of the risks that our children are faced with when using the internet and the best tools to support them.
