NSPCC E-Safety Online Workshop for Parents

The NSPCC who are working in partnership with O2 to help parents keep their children safe online came to give a workshop to our parents.  This was a very useful workshop where parents learnt how to work together with their child to keep them safe when using the internet.  The message was to teach them and share with them what they should and shouldn't do online.  It also explained to parents how they can support their child when using the internet.  We need to give the children the message that we behaviour in the same way online as we do offline.  Net Aware is a very useful website that is a guide to inform parents of the 50 most popular apps and a description about them and their risks.  This website is updated once a year.
