Purim 2015

Everyone at Etz Chaim Jewish Primary School enjoyed a wonderful Purim! We started the day with a big Fancy Dress Parade in which all the children (and staff!) saw each other's fabulous costumes! Afterwards, our parents and grandparents came in for a special activity filled morning. Each classroom was transformed into a different activity centre and children and parents went round the school taking part in fun and varied Purim activities. There was mask making, puppet making, biscuit decorating, Megillah making, origami mishloach manot basket making, an entertainer and Purim Bingo run by the JNF. After the activities, a big communal Purim Seudah was served in the hall with live music and even some dancing! The whole school community had a great time and we can't wait till Purim 2016! We are very grateful to SEED and the JNF for running some of the activities and making the day so exciting.
